NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC MEETING

Board of Directors of East Preparatory Academy

Notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors’ will be held on Thursday September 16, 2021, at 5:00 P.M. The board meeting will be held at Randall Park High School located at 4836 Northfield Road, North Randall, Ohio 44128. The purpose of the board meeting is to consider various administrative matters and to address any other general business that may properly come before the Board of Directors.

Additionally, the School is required to provide reasonable opportunities for the participation by teachers, parents, and other interest agencies, organizations, and individuals in the planning for and use of Federal funds.

Accordingly, during the September 16, 2021 Meeting of the Board of Directors of East Preparatory Academy, the School will share how it intends to spend and use IDEA Part B and other Federal Funds. This meeting will also allow for the opportunity for public comments and input.

Additionally, state law requires schools to establish a written policy regarding protecting students with food allergies. The policy is required to be developed in consultation with parents, school nurses, and other school employees, school volunteers, students and community members.
